1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 12gb platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully read and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 12gb. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these terms shall be considered final.
2. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use the 12gb platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform, and any such accounts will be closed immediately. You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and may only operate a single account in your own name. The platform may not be used from regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete, and you may be required to submit documents for identity verification.
3. Account Policy
Each user may create only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential and not to share them with any third party. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the 12gb support team immediately. Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. Withdrawal privileges may be limited until identity verification is complete, so it is advisable to submit the required documents promptly after registration.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and must be completed through the applicable payment methods. Deposit amounts must fall within the specified minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the platform. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and completed identity verification is mandatory. Specific wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus or promotional balances, as detailed in the relevant offer description. 12gb reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment in cases of fraud or suspicious transactions.
5. User Conduct
All users must maintain honest, fair, and respectful conduct while using the platform. Any form of cheating, use of bots, software manipulation, or attempts to exploit the system are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination. Any attempt to harass, insult, or harm other users is completely unacceptable. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities is a criminal offense, and 12gb is obligated to report such matters to the relevant authorities. No content, design, or technology from the platform may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
6. Account Closure
You may request the closure of your account at any time through the support team. 12gb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account balance at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the designated process, though bonus balances will be forfeited. Requests for self-exclusion or limit-setting under the responsible gaming policy will be actioned on a priority basis. Applicable provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure.
7. Limitation of Liability
The 12gb platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and while we do not disclaim full liability for technical errors or temporary disruptions, we are always committed to ensuring the highest quality of service. 12gb is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or third-party service failures.
